Each revision round usually means finding every change, pasting it in, and re-applying the paragraph styles by hand. On a long report, that is days of work that leave the document no better than it was.

What it will not do
DriveSync doesn’t merge two people’s edits to the same InDesign file, and it won’t reflow pages for you. When a revision changes the length of a section, the typesetting decisions are still yours.
