Your request comes straight to us. We reply by email with the DriveSync installer package and your licence key, normally within one working day, Monday to Friday.
The key activates every feature for fourteen days from the moment you enter it. There is no card to provide, no subscription running quietly in the background, and nothing to cancel — if you decide not to continue, the trial simply expires.
Email gdsoftwares@thedrivesync.com and we will handle it the same way. The form is simply faster, because it asks for everything at once.

Tell us roughly how many machines, and whether you need invoicing or a purchase order. If your workflow has something unusual in it — a locked InDesign version, a shared Drive, a translation step — mention that too.
You will get a quote and a straight answer about whether DriveSync fits, including when it does not.
Already running DriveSync? Include the Installation ID from DriveSync About DriveSync… along with your InDesign version.
If a sync produced the wrong result, the Google Doc itself is the most useful thing you can attach — a redacted copy is entirely fine.
Requesting a trial does not put you on a mailing list. We email you about your own licence — a renewal reminder a fortnight before it falls due, and a note when there is a new build to download — and nothing else. No newsletter, no sequence of follow-ups, no third party.
The trial form itself is hosted by Google Forms and is subject to Google’s privacy policy; the responses come only to us. Beyond that there is no analytics on this website, so nothing follows you around after you leave it. The privacy page sets out everything we hold and how to have it deleted.
